Naklank Grocery is a growing company in India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.


Delivery Timings:

All Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on all days of week.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

We are not charging any delivery charge for all the orders. 

Discounts:

All the discounts are decided by Naklank Grocery team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.

Delivery Product:

At Naklank Grocery, we strive to provide accurate product information and images on our website. However, please note that the actual products delivered may not always be exact replicas of those shown on the site due to various factors such as different vendors, seasonal constraints, and local availability.
Damaged deliveries:

We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e. within 1 day of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.

Governing Law
These TOS and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
